Vision: To create a sustainable ecosystem in and around agro waste business, by developing an integrated plant for production of biochar, activated carbon, green electricity and Hydrogen from biomass.
Primary Business: Biochar, Activated carbon, and Hydrogen-rich syngas production from biomass.
Secondary Business: Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and consulting in the field of biochar, activated carbon, hydrogen and pyrolysis technologies.
Features of plant
Low cost - Small size reactor is sufficient.
No soil or water pollution - The system is installed above ground unlike the mud-pit process which is underground.
High yield - Offers yield and quality of char similar to mud-pit process.
High productivity - Productivity is atleast 5 times more than mud-pit process
Feedstock flexible - Can be used for any locally available feedstock.
Features of the Machinery:
Low cost - Single step process (rotary kiln is not needed) and so machinery cost is low
Self-sustainable system - Steam is generated in-situ using custom build Superheated steam generator.
Eco-friendly - No tar formation and no scrubbing required
Low production cost - operating cost is minimal.
Feedstock flexible - Applicable for any lignocellulosic biomass
Features of the plant
Low cost- simple fixed bed gasifier
Oxidizer flexible - Can be used for both air and oxygen
Ease of operation - System is automated
Self-sustained system - No external heat energy is required
Pollution free - No tar generation
